Shipping & Returns



Orders placed before noon Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays and peak season) will be processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.


Available shipping methods of Canada Post Regular Parcel and FedEx are shown at checkout.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your order’s tracking number.


Although we are sympathetic, we are NOT responsible for delayed delivery by the delivery company. Please make use of the tracking number we provided. If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we kindly request that you first check with a member of your household. If you’re still unable to locate the package, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email for further assistance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for parcels lost in transit when clients mail units to the lab for analysis.


All sales are final once orders have shipped due to the nature of the product.

All products have a full warranty of 30 days.

If your product is damaged:

  • Keep the packaging used to ship the good.
  • Contact us as soon as possible to have a RMA number and instructions how to send back the good.
  • We will exchange the good for free.
