Large project (bulk) return of alpha tracks:
The lab must receive the devices within 30 days of their end date.
Pack the devices together with the matching datasheet in a plastic sealable bag. Maximum of 10 units per bag.
Email the electronic datasheet to the laboratory at the email address here along with your shipping tracking number prior to the lab receiving the shipment.
Keep photocopies or PDFs of each datasheet for your records until all the reports are available in case corrections are needed. Ship to the address below along with the customs declaration:

Short Term Radon Tests
Liquid Scintillation Vial Radon Test Kits
AccuStar Labs must receive the test devices within 8 calendar days after you complete the test otherwise the test is null. Plan ahead and use a calendar in case of Canadian and US holidays. End the test on a Monday and mail the same day.

Water tests
AccuStar Labs must receive the test devices within 5 calendar days after you complete the test otherwise the test is null. Make sure to choose overnight shipping as the heat pad lasts only for 24 hours.
Take the sample on a Monday and mail the same day. Make sure that the courier receives it before the cut-off time. Plan ahead and use a calendar in case of Canadian and US holidays.
